Antioxidant Application

Compound Antioxidant
Compound antioxidant is a compound of antioxidant PL-10 and antioxidant 1010 or 1076, containing both primary and auxiliary antioxidants, widely used in polyolefin, PVC, ABS, nylon, PET, PPO, PBT alloy, polystyrene and other polymer products. It can effectively improve the processing stability, mechanical strength, color stability and transparency of the product, and extend the life of the product. Antioxidant PL-10 is a heat stabilizer and processing stabilizer for polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate, nylon and other polymers, which has the special function of stabilizing the melt index of polymers, and can also be used as a synergist. It is less volatile than antioxidant 264, and does not have the tendency of phenolic antioxidants to easily become colored quinone type structures, thus reducing the yellowing index of the product. When used in conjunction with antioxidants and light stabilizers, the effectiveness of these additives can be greatly enhanced. Used in PP resin as a protective agent against radioactivity, has a special effect. It has excellent synergistic effect with antioxidant 1010, 1098, 1076, hindered amine light stabilizer 770, 622, 944, etc. PL-10 is the most resistant phosphite to hydrolysis.
